Continuation from my 40th post. Anyway, today's topic is on how to motivate your employees.

Paul, at the start isn't on form. If guru not on form, my team liaox. Anyway with Jeryln and Juriani, things started quite well with Ju did the FMT, I went to get resources, Jeryln chip in to help us and finally the guru gets his form back. So, I guess my team indeed did everything fast and good.

Haha, today's 3rd meeting is a funny one. Ms Kong would want our presentation to be creative yet able to motivate others. At the end of lesson, we have to vote for best team.

So end up, our class W26Q, known for best cohesion, we don't say which one best as all together we are the best!!

Anyway, at the end of presentation, I shouted, "Yin Min's birthday tml, wanna sing happy birthday song to her?"

1st time lei, me do this kind of thingy. The whole class sang, and I guess Yin Min jie, really very touched. Tears rolled down her cheeks. Can see, she is really shocked with the surprise. Haha, anyway, I prepared a card for the whole class to sign and also a small Pooh. Shawny, anyway he prepared a drawing for Yin Min.

So I guess, Yin Min jie going to have a very memorable day!!

Then, my classmates make fun of me, say I like Yin Min jie. That Cindy la, all the gals la...you all ah...

Ju said me 2 timer. Aiyoh, another headache lei!!

Then on the way to Woodlands MRT, Shawny said I got potential to chio gal. I tell him, aiyo, if I got, I would have one by now.

Just to make things clear, me treat Yin Min as my jie only.

How can I like my jie?...Impossible

Hope tml will be a better day though...
